Vish and Ellie were both incredibly helpful in making sure my purchase went well. As is sometimes the case when buying a secondhand car I did have some issues shortly after receiving it. The car needed some diagnostic work and there was a small delay while parts were ordered. I was kept updated as the work progressed and the car was soon fixed as promised. Vish is a lovely chap and made me and my wife very welcome, no pressure was applied during any of our dealings and he and Ellie were professional and good to their word when we had our little issue. EliteVenture are not a large dealership but work hard to put the customer first, and that we applaud. Thank you Vish And Ellie.

The team Were excellent throughout my enquiry process furnishing info promptly and accurately. I looked at 2 cars and they patiently went through and above all were completely honest and provided the info but no hard sell or attempt at any form of evasion. Cars were very well prepped and all paperwork indicated was present unlike my experience at other places. Deposit was returned without an issue. Thank you Ellie and Vish. I would have loved to buy but found a car with my preferred colour elsewhere -otherwise I definitely would have bought from you despite being 100+ miles away.
